	Our DB25 4 Way Manual Switch Box is a convenient way to share serial or parallel peripheral devices between computers. The metal casing helps to prevent unwanted EMI/RFI interference in the signal. This data switch box has all DB25 female connectors. To connect up to 4 serial or parallel devices to one computer or to connect up to 4 computers to one serial or parallel device. To use with serial devices like an external modem, you will need one male to female DB25 cable for each computer to the switch box [remember your PC's serial ports are male]. To use with parallel devices like a printer, you will need one male to male DB25 cable for each computer to the switch box and of course a printer cable. Not intended for laser printers.
