Do you ship worldwide?

We no longer ship to international addresses. We do not ship to freight forwarders. We ship only to the United States and it's territories and to APO and FPO addresses .

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, if you selected UPS shipping. You can track your shipment by clicking onMy Account links and noting the tracking number for your order. If you have any trouble finding this information or did not create an account when you placed your order, please email us for your tracking number.

How do you handle Out of Stock Items?

We make every effort to update our website with current information. If an item is found to be out of stock "after" the order has been placed, you will receive an email notification and your account will be credited for said item(s) or said item(s) will be back-ordered for you, whichever method you indicate to us that you prefer.
