Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges are calculated based on ship to address, total weight, and selected method of shipping. Shipping is determined during checkout, and can be viewed by clicking view cart. Just click on the View Cart button in the top right hand of page. At the bottom of the cart fill in your 5 digit zip code and it will give you your rate options. This is done live so it may take a few seconds to connect to the UPS and USPS websites.

Cut off time for all UPS orders including Next Day and Second Day is 2:00 PM ET. USPS cut off time is 1:00PM. (Note: Choosing next day or second day shipping means you will receive your package the next business day, or second business day, after it leaves our warehouse. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not business days.)

Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If your address information does not fit the format on the order form, you should include it (exactly as it should appear on the address label) in the comments section of the order form. Packages returned to us as undeliverable (i.e., no apartment number, no receiver, etc.) will not receive credit for shipping charges. Additional shipping fees will be charged to reship a package.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS service is available only to Continental United States street addresses. All packages shipped to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses, and United States Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to make arrangements to use an alternate carrier with which you have an account, please include your account information in the comments section of the online order form or contact us by fax or email us with your carrier and account information.

APO / FPO addresses. When going through checkout please enter either FPO or APO as your city and Armed Forces America (AA), Africa/Canada/Europe/Middle East (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP) as your state. If you would also put your full address in the special instructions box exactly like it should appear on the label, it would be very helpful.

 

Returns


Cables N More™ offers 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it for replacement or refund. While there is no restocking fee for any returns, Shipping and handling is not refundable. All return requests must be authorized within 30 days of delivery. You may start the return process by logging in to your account and selecting “Return Items.” And as always, you may contact our Customer Service Department which is always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. Please note: Cables N More™ will not accept returns for items that are not in a resellable condition. Items must be returned with original packaging, user manuals, and must not be damaged or defaced in anyway.

Cables N More™ does not accept responsibility for any returned products that do not make it back to our location. We recommend that all returns are sent back via carriers that provide tracking services, such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. All returns must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping. The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box to ensure receipt and proper credit processing. Returns not clearly marked with an RMA Number may be refused and returned sender.

Returns within 60 Days
  • Defective: Cables N More™ will supply you with a pre-paid return shipping label for all defective products. Once returned to us and found to be defective, you will be supplied with a full refund of the product, including shipping. If you would like a replacement part you may place an order for the same/equivalent part.
  • Incorrectly Shipped: If, for some reason, you receive an incorrect part in your shipped order, Cables N More™ will stand by you 100%. We will send out a pre-paid return label for the incorrectly shipped items. Once we have received the items, we will ship out the correct parts right away. If you need the product right away, you may place another order and we will refund you for the incorrect parts.
  • Ordered Incorrectly: If, for some reason, the incorrect parts were ordered, they can be returned for a full refund of the merchandise that was ordered, excluding shipping fees. Once we have received the merchandise we will refund you for the full amount excluding shipping fees.
Returns Past 60 Days
  • Defective: Cables N More™ will only accept returns, after the 60 day window, for products found to be defective. These parts must be replaced with the same or equivalent product. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, Cables N More™ may offer you store credit.
